We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location inside the Medina was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the attractions. The staff was always at our disposal, ready to assist with any request we had, making us feel truly pampered. The room service was fantastic, and the housekeeping kept our room spotless throughout our stay. We also took advantage of the spa and wellness center, where we enjoyed relaxing massages and the indoor swimming pool. The hotel's amenities and services were top-notch, and we couldn't have asked for a more luxurious and comfortable stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The hotel is an oasis and boasts beautiful decoration in every aspect. Staff members are friendly and helpful with whatever is needed. Breakfast is a highlight, consisting of fresh and traditional food. The hotel's location is perfect, near the city center and other modern amenities.

The rooms were spacious and always had hot water. The pool provided a refreshing escape from the hot weather. It was conveniently located with easy access to the main attractions.
The common areas were not comfortable to hang out in due to the lack of seating and cold temperature. The terrace was unusable during winter.

We loved the hotel! Best aspects were cleanliness, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and great location close to the city center. Transportation was easily accessible and the hotel facilities were beautiful.

The breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a good variety. The location was great, within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
The common areas were not very comfortable or inviting, with limited seating and lighting. The pool in the central courtyard was small and did not seem very clean, so we did not use it.
